Welcome!
We host the open mic night at Chester's friendliest
music venue and we are still amazed at the stream
of talented performers who keep appearing, and at
the wonderful audience which keeps turning up.
CD's:
We've produced two CD's of some of our regular performers.
The first was sold in aid of the British Heart Foundation
- Green Man Review said of it "a must have
for any band or singer looking for new material....it
never fails to amaze me the amount and quality of
talent found in the North West of England".
The second CD was produced in April 2004 recorded live at the Tuesday sessions and is on sale now with proceeds donated to The Youth Federation for Cheshire, a voluntary organisation which provides youth work, music, art and sporting activity for children and young people across the region. It only costs £5 - contact us for a copy.
Special Guests:
We occasionally host guest nights by some of the
finest acoustic performers we can find (like Martin
Simpson, Show of Hands, Blue Tapestry and the Phil
Beer Band) and we've held six mini festivals featuring
the best of our Tuesday night performers and star
guests.
