"Nice to see old blokes who really know what they're doing"

P J Wright, guitarist with the Steve Gibbons Band and Little Johnny England

"Just heard your version of the Galway Farmer - sounds great. In fact it's the best version I've heard so far (and there's been a few!)"

Steve Knightley, Show of Hands

"......an opening Jelly Roll Morton number featured a guitar, two mandolins, melodeon, harmonica and bass....Graham Bellinger on lead vocals excelled at the blues..... Why Don't You Try Me gave the band the opportunity to display harmonies and on Goodnight Train Phil Bradley took over lead vocals whilst still chipping in with stunning harmonica.....I was enthralled with their rendition of Down South in New Orleans - a Cajun style toe tapper. A great set - this band is worth going some distance to see"
Folk Northwest Autumn 2002

"...infectious, driving, good time feel and a delightfully varied set; they really are an enjoyable and entertaining crew."
Chester Folk Festival

"Graham Bellinger has released a solo CD that focusses on his impressive songwriting talents. Built to Last (Root Chords Records) is a sort of suite based on his long time relationship with the Welsh Marches, a landscape that has clearly influenced this collection written over a period of thirty years. The best, like Feet on the Ground and On the Black Hill resound with a gritty irony and all of them reveal a poetic lyricism that almost always hits the mark and only occasionally strays uncomfortably into New Age territory. Add a song apiece from Steve Knightley and Vicki Williams and some excellent backing from Bellinger's musician friends and you have an album that's built to last"
Gary Copeland, West Midland Express and Star, May 28 2004

"Many thanks for your performance at the Red Bull Open Weekend. It certainly created an excellent ambiance....I received positive feedback from many customers....the atmosphere was vibrant....I look forward to you joining us at similar future events"
Heather Rowley, British Waterways Leisure and Tourism Officer
